KAREN ATKINSON, AGE 37, DIES AT KEEP HOME

Karen Atkinson, 37, died Monday afternoon at the Samaritan-Keep Home, 133 Pratt St., where she had resided for a number of years. Miss Atkinson had been ill with Huntington's chorea. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Cummings Funeral Home. The body will be cremated. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery immediately following the memorial service. There will be no calling hours. Donations may be made to the Samaritan-Keep Home.
