John B. PHELPS, 62, Penn Yan, former Moira farmer, died Wednesday at Homestead Nursing Home, Penn Yan, after a long illness. Mr. Phelps operated a dairy farm in Moira for many years until he became ill with Huntington's chorea. Born March 25, 1934, at Potsdam, son of the Rev. Floyd Alton and Nellie BRADFORD PHELPS, he was educated in Burke, Bangor and Malone, where he graduated from Franklin Academy in 1951 ....
