  He was divorced and had lived at the hospital for almost 4 years. Mrs Daphine C Ellis of Butner, NC, was the informant for his death cert. There is no burial information, he was removed by the Barnes Funeral Home of Henderson, NC. John Wyatt Kay could be the brother of Margaret Kay Rainwater, the grandmother of Lionel Dildy.
